We're located at 58b Porana Road, Wairau Valley, Auckland 0627 — conveniently situated on the North Shore with easy access from Albany, Glenfield, Takapuna, and Milford.
What are your opening hours?+
We're open Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:30pm. We're closed on weekends and public holidays.
Do I need to book ahead for a WoF?+
Walk-ins are welcome for WoF inspections, but booking ahead guarantees your spot and reduces waiting time. You can book online or call us on 027 700 8999.
Are you an AA Approved Repairer?+
Yes! Mao Motors is a proud AA Approved Repairer, meaning we meet the Automobile Association's strict standards for quality workmanship, fair pricing, and customer service. This is New Zealand's most trusted automotive certification.
Do you work on all car brands?+

What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept cash, EFTPOS, Visa, and Mastercard. Payment is due when you collect your vehicle.
Do you offer a warranty on repairs?+
Yes, we stand behind our work. All repairs come with a parts and labour warranty. Specific warranty periods depend on the type of repair — ask our team for details.
Can you help if my car fails its WoF?+
Absolutely. If your vehicle fails its WoF at our workshop, we'll provide a detailed explanation of what needs fixing and a clear quote. Once repairs are completed with us, the re-inspection is free.
